This policy applies to every client of Mazel Grand HMS and to all data submitted for processing.
Acceptable use
Our services exist for lawful business analytics: understanding customers, revenue, operations, markets, and feedback — as described in our product directions.
Prohibited uses
- Processing personal data you have no legal basis to share with us.
- Processing illegally obtained data.
- Using reports to harass, discriminate against, or defame individuals.
- Reverse engineering our tools, templates, or methods.
Our response
If we identify prohibited use, we may suspend or end the engagement. Work already completed remains payable, and we delete the data involved.
