Every engagement starts with a free scoping call and a fixed quote. We want you to know exactly what you are buying before any work begins.
Before processing begins
Cancel before we start processing your data: full refund, no questions asked.
After processing begins
- If we cannot deliver the agreed deliverable at all, you receive a full refund.
- If you cancel mid-engagement, you pay for the stages completed and receive the remainder back.
- Completed and accepted deliverables are non-refundable.
Quality issues
If a report does not conform to the agreed scope, tell us within 10 business days of delivery. We rework it free of charge; if we cannot make it conform, we refund it. See SLA & Warranty.
How to request a refund
Email info@mazelgrandhms.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 days.
