The agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Mazel Grand HMS website and the purchase of services, unless replaced by a signed agreement between you and us.
Mazel Grand HMS is registered in England and Wales under company number 17481411, with registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
Services
Mazel Grand HMS provides data processing and reporting services: one-time reports, recurring analytics, and reporting products, as described on the website and in each quote.
Each engagement is confirmed by a written quote stating scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price in EUR. Work begins after your written acceptance of the quote.
Client responsibilities
- Provide data you have the right to share with us.
- Ensure the data does not contain unlawful material (see Acceptable Use).
- Review deliverables and report issues within 10 business days of delivery.
Payment
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Fixed-price engagements are invoiced 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery. Recurring packages are invoiced in advance of each cycle. See Purchase Conditions for details.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive the agreed report and its findings for your internal use. Our methods, templates, and tools remain our property and may not be resold or redistributed.
Liability
Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on a report where the underlying data was incomplete or inaccurate. See our Refund Policy and SLA & Warranty.
Termination and governing law
Either party may terminate a recurring engagement with 30 days written notice. Completed deliverables remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
