Ordering process
- You describe your question and your data through the contact form or by email.
- We hold a free scoping call (20–30 minutes).
- We send a fixed quote in EUR: scope, deliverable, timeline, price.
- You accept in writing — an email reply is sufficient. Work begins.
Prices and taxes
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
Invoicing
- Fixed-price engagements: 50% on acceptance, 50% on delivery.
- Quarterly Analytics: invoiced per cycle in advance.
- Analytics Retainer: invoiced monthly in advance.
- Payment terms: 14 days from the invoice date.
Changes
Scope changes are quoted separately and are never applied without your written approval.
Renewal and cancellation
Quarterly and monthly packages renew automatically for the next cycle. You may cancel with 30 days notice before the next invoice; the current cycle is completed.
